"The Louisiana Purchase" It's almost here! Silent Auction Preview Booklets go home Wednesday this week. You'll see some hot items such as a shopping spree for 2 from Clarkes Jewelers, 2 first-class Delta airline tickets, LSU football game tickets, and much, much more. We hope you get excited looking over these and make sure you bring them with you Saturday when the fun begins! "Buy It Now" - pricing on specified auction items - Can't stick around to see if your bid holds up, but really want an auction item...Why not just "buy it now"?! We have several auction items available to "buy it now". All the information will be listed in your preview booklets coming home this week. "Shuttle Service" - Don't worry about the parking this year, just take the shuttle! Park in the Blue Cross Blue Shield parking lot behind Outback Steakhouse on Line Avenue and ride the bus to the Carnival! A shuttle bus will run every 15 minutes. The first shuttle will leave Blue Cross Blue Shield parking lot at 10:45 and the last shuttle will leave Eden Gardens at 3:15. "Grade Level Parties" - Join your grade level for a fun filled party! $15 gets you involved in all the fun! Sign up during auction hours or reserve your spot early when the order form goes home. Order forms will go home today or click here to download from our website! "Raffle Pre-Sales" - Buy and place your raffle tickets before the hustle and bustle of carnival begins! Look for order form coming home Wednesday with preview booklet. WHAT IS NEW THIS YEAR: 10:00 AM Early Opening - The Silent Auction will be opening 1 hour prior to Carnival for those of you busy volunteering or sharing time with other events on this day. Please note that this early start is for the Silent Auction only! Carnival fun remains at an 11:00 AM opening. All of the festivities conclude at 3:00 PM. Split-the-Pot Raffle - The money pot is growing daily! Half of the proceeds go to one lucky winner and the rest goes to Eden Gardens. Ticket sales will continue throughout the day with updates on potential winnings.
